When
my headmistress asked for ideas to raise money for a
dance studio, I decided to turn one of dad’s bedtime
stories, Delahaye the Dog, into a musical. "we're
really into drama
and making music" |

My
brother Alex who’s fourteen and his friend Dominic
agreed to help, and dad let us use the garage to record
the show onto CD. "Sometimes we had to
pop down to the garden shed to do the vocals in peace!" |

| It took
all the summer holidays to turn our ideas into reality,
and when I played it to my headmistress, she thought
Delahaye was really cool and agreed to put the show
on stage. |
Delahaye
the Dog was a great success, the audience loved
it and as we had printed the words to the songs
in the programme, they had no excuse not to join
in! We raised lots of money for my school and you
could do the same. |
